Cancellation Policy
BOOKING YOUR EVENT Events require a 2-hour minimum at $100/hour. Need more time? Extra hours can be added in advance or even on-site (based on availability). DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS A $100 deposit secures your event date. The remaining balance is due the day of the event before the start of service. We accept credit, debit, and other convenient online payment options. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Cancellations 48+ hours in advance are entitled to a full deposit refund. Deposits are non-refundable for same day cancellations Need to reschedule? We’ll do our best to accommodate, based on availability. EVENT SPACE SETUP Please provide a safe space of about 6 ft x 6 ft per chair. A well-lit, ventilated, and relatively quiet area works best. For outdoor events, some shade or cover is needed for comfort. TRAVEL & SETUP TIME Travel is included within the city of Chicago (small fee may apply for longer distances). Please allow 15–20 minutes before start time for setup. HEALTH & SAFETY For everyone’s well-being, guests must be free from contagious conditions. The therapist may kindly decline service if someone is ill or has health concerns that make massage unsafe. Cleanliness, comfort, and professional standards are always a top priority. A NOTE OF LIABILITY Massage should feel good and support wellness — but it isn’t a substitute for medical care. Guests with health concerns should check with their provider before receiving massage.
