Cancellation Policy
MOBILE TABLE MASSAGE POLICY To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for both the client and therapist, please review the following policies prior to booking: SERVICE FEE Mobile table massage services are $150 per session. Payment is required in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be rescheduled (subject to availability). Same-day cancellations are subject to a $50 fee, which will be deducted from your refund. PROPER SPACE REQUIREMENTS Please provide a clean, safe, and accessible space large enough to accommodate the massage table (at least 8 ft x 6 ft of clear, unobstructed floor space). Adequate lighting, ventilation, and a comfortable room temperature are required. Pets should be secured in another room during the session for safety and cleanliness. SAFETY & PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES The therapist reserves the right to refuse or end a session if the environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or if inappropriate behavior occurs. In such cases, payment will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued. Professionalism will be maintained at all times — this is a therapeutic massage service only. HEALTH CONSIDERATION Clients should be free from contagious illnesses or conditions that may be aggravated by massage. If you are unsure whether massage is appropriate for you, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking. The therapist reserves the right to decline service if massage may be unsafe for the client. TRAVEL & SETUP Travel within the city of Chicago is included. Additional fees may apply outside this radius. Please allow 15–20 minutes before and after your scheduled appointment for setup and breakdown of the massage table and supplies. LIABILITY Massage should feel good and support wellness — but it isn’t a substitute for medical care. Guests with health concerns should check with their provider before receiving massage.
